One of my favorite Christmas traditions on Christmas morning after the kids open all of their presents is to enjoy a yummy Christmas breakfast together. This is one of my favorites to make on Christmas morning. We also make cinnamon rolls, bacon, and rushti (my Great-Grandma's recipe-delicious hashbrowns). We'll usually serve this all morning since both mine & Jason's families come over Christmas morning to see the kids and their presents. ENJOY!

I'm headed out one last time to the store before they close - I'm getting the stuff to make this! This recipe is a good idea - I always forget about breakfast Christmas morning and then we all just eat candy and crap. Not a great way to start the day. Thanks to you, this year will be different!
